Gudauri Lodge is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Waiter/Waitress.

Location: Gudauri
Reports to: F&B Manager / F&B Service Manager

Compensation and Benefits: Seasonal Salary - 1, 300 Gel (NET) . Living and meal will be provided

MAIN DUTIES

** Greet and escort guests to their tables
** Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
** Inform customers about the day`s specials
** Offer menu recommendations upon request
** Up-sell additional products when appropriate
** Check customer satisfaction throughout the meal
** Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software
** Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
** Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
** Deliver checks and collect bill payments
** To train new associates on F&B product knowledge & Up Sale skills to create excellent service performance

REQUIREMENTS:

** Fluent English is a must; additional languages are considered as a plus;
** Work experience in related field is considered as a plus
** Ability to work in teams
** High sense of responsibility and punctuality
** Strong communication and interpersonal skills
** Self-motivated, smart, positive and energetic
