Position summary
Welcome and escort guests to and from their rooms and assisting with luggage. Provide information about the hotel.
Main duties
** Welcome guests on arrival and assist with their luggage
** open rooms and give visitors information about the hotel rules, show them how to use hotel facilities, room features such as TV and etc.
** Greet visitors and provide them high quality service
** Explain to the guests the hotel`s services
** Carry customer luggage to the luggage room on the departure day and to wish the guest a pleasant journey
** Maintenance of the luggage room
** Provide guests with parking directions when necessary
Requirements:
** English is a must; additional languages are considered as a plus;
** High sense of responsibility and punctuality
** Strong communication and interpersonal skills
** Self-motivated, smart, positive and energetic
