Georgia Hospitality Management Group welcomes the candidates to apply for the position of Corporate Sales Manager for Ramada Encore and Ramada on Melikishvili hotels.

Job overview:

Responsible for bringing the Corporate Clientele to increase Room and F&B revenue of both hotels. Complies the implementation of the corporate sales strategy. Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication. Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers.

Essential functions:

- Establish client base of organizations, associations, social groups, and corporate businesses through direct outside and inside sales.
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals as established by Director Business Development.
- Initiate and follow up on leads.
- Offer creative thinking with social media and room night packages to grow customer loyalty and customer experiences.
- Achieve and grow yearly top-line revenues.
- Achieve and grow local account and global account partnerships.
- Seek out new business.
- Shift market share business from comp set hotels.
- Create accurate contracts.
- Communicate needs directly to hotel operations team to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Develop market mix of business and recognize top producers.
- Grow and develop group business.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Conduct a professional, thorough site inspection of the hotel with clients, exhibiting key features and benefits of the property.

- Excellent communication skills and networking abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- A self-starter who is highly driven, persistent and adaptable to change
- Highly organized individual who has a strong ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated good decision making skills and judgment
- Must know Georgian and English languages on business communication level
- Possessing excellent computer skills
- 1-2 years proven success in a Hotel sales role will be considered as plus.
