Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel, Tbilisi is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Assistant F&B Manager.

The candidates we are looking for should have experience in a field, good cooperation skills, direct and trustworthy communication skills and should be extremely customer oriented.

Main responsibilities will be:

- Assist the F&D Manager in supervising and coordinating all aspects of the Food & Drink operation and maximize F&D Revenue.
- Be efficient and diplomatic in dealing with situations involving any aspects of Food & Drink where the reputation or image of the hotel is represented.
- Plan, organize, direct and manage all activities within the outlets achieving maximum guest satisfaction by providing the high standard of food & drink quality, presentation and service required by the hotel.
- Assist in planning and implementing programs, policies and procedures to ensure that Hotel standards are met.
- Ensure proper requisitioning and controlling of supplies.
- Actively cross check F&D costs and outlets
- Assist in establishing standards of performance and job descriptions of service staff.
- Assist in the coordination of special promotions and provides administrative support necessary.
- Follow up and at times initiate maintenance orders.
- Assist in conducting briefing with Outlet Managers.
- Ensures the trainings are carried out and standards of service are met by staff.

Personal requirements:

- At least 3 years on managerial position
- Fluency in Georgian, Russian and English languages
- Decision making skills
- Good communication skills
- Commercially focused
- Structured
- Strong personality.

The position reports to the F&B manager.
