Black Sea Terminal LLC (Kulevi Oil Transshipment Terminal and Port) is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Fleet Coordinator.

Location: Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti, Poti, Khobi.

** Education: engineering - technical or higher
** Qualification: Mechanical Engineer, engineer of fleet management or similar field
** Work experience - working experience in mainly as chief engineer or a similar field is mandatory
** Knowledge of foreign languages are mandatory (Russian, English)

Key responsibilities:

** Managing and overseeing the fleet`s maintenance and preventive maintenance functions, including the general appearance and physical condition of all ship`s equipment/facilities, in order to maintain the fleet in a systematically working condition.
** Organize the continuous operation of the fleet, keep orders for spare parts, lubricants, fuel, filters and other consumables of the fleet.
** Keep records of the performance of the fleet (working time, productivity, performance, etc.).
** Organizing regular physical inspections of the ships` facilities, equipment to ensure proper maintenance and their working condition.
** Ensuring exploitation in the working condition of fleet`s mechanical, technical and electrical equipment and supervise the day-to-day operations to ensure preventive/corrective maintenance of the fleet, spare parts management.
** Manage work orders and work permits in the company`s computerized maintenance management system to carry out corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
** Ensure necessary works to be organized while planning docking of the fleet and organize dry docking procedures when necessary.
** Ensure availability of fleet`s and crew certification as per requirements of IMO standards.
** Monitor weather conditions and receive weather forecast information on a daily basis through systematic communication with the Port Authority, and ensure safe sheltering of the fleet during unfavorable weather conditions.
** Manage the fleet personnel to ensure all service/material/work requests are completed within required period and are appropriately and accurately documented.
Review completed work to verify conformance to standards or repair requirements.
** Ensure all emergency, routine maintenance/repairs are carried out in a timely and professional manner.
** Respond promptly and effectively to all safety/risk-management-related issues at the fleet.
Be aware of risk assessment, identify the risk of the fleet`s technical condition, plan and implement the necessary preventive measures to eliminate the expected threats.
** Conduct regular inspection tours of fleet`s equipment/facility and surrounding grounds for deficiencies, potential safety, health, or code problems and necessary repairs.
** Prepare written reports on inspections, outline ways to eliminate deficiencies and submit to immediate supervisor.
** Provide recommendations for dealing with problems noticed in inspections.
** Manage the maintenance spare parts and the tools inventory, determining which parts/tools to stock and their stock level and working directly with immediate supervisor to maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies within budget.
** Liaise with procurement staff to order parts/tools and keep stock level at required level.
** Maintain all mechanical, supply, electrical and other facilities to be available when necessary.
** Ensure proper safety procedures are followed, personal protective equipment is used, and health & safety policies are followed by the required personnel.
** Ensuring the successful execution of all company safety and environmental policies and procedures.
** Effectively implement standard operating procedures and preventive maintenance programs.
** Take part in emergency preparedness planning and act as essential personnel in emergencies.
** Maintain records on all major systems including maintenance manuals, manufacturer`s cut sheets, warranties, and equipment specifications.

Salary and Benefits:

** Monthly remuneration: base salary 2000 USD or equivalent in GEL;
** Work schedule - standard working schedule.
** Provision of meal during the working period;
** Health insurance (individual and / or family) on completion of probationary period.
