Gudauri Lodge is pleased to announce an opening for the position of SPA Supervisor.
Location: Gudauri
Reports to: Operations Manager
Compensation and Benefits: Company offers competitive salary, meal and Living will be provided;
Main duties:
** Explain services, treatments, and procedures;
** Mediate and resolve client issues;
** Work cooperatively with the entire Spa team to ensure a consistent quality of experience for all clients;
** The ability to schedule staff and complete payroll records in accordance with budgeted guidelines
** The ability to be responsible for the administration of goods, requisitions, inventories, storage and cost effective usage of all department related materials and assets, according to standards to ensure for smooth operation
** Work daily shifts in the Spa Front Desk;
** Responsible for overseeing the proper training, implementation, and set up for all spa front of house guest areas;
** Must provide assistance as the spa opens and continue to support the service staff once the spa is in operation
** Will work to maintain excellent guest and vendor relationships for the spa and will uphold brand standards for services, products, protocols, and front of house staff support
Requirements:
** Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment;
** Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and various office equipment
** Self-directed and detail oriented;
** Professional telephone and email etiquette;
** Strong organizational skills;
** Flexible schedule, Spa is open from 8am-11pm and would include working weekends & holidays
** Must have minimum one year experience in a hotel, resort and/or spa environment
