Good afternoon Sir/Madam. I have a family friend from South Sudan. He's a former Minister in  government of Sudan. During his tenor in the government, the family acquired substantial amount of cash in USD from the sale of oil concessions. 

Due to financial sanctions in South Sudan banking sector, the family had to bring in a total sum of $2billion in cash in Nairobi. 

The consignment is stored at a custom bonded warehouse within the area of JKIA airport, Nairobi, contained in 20 pallets. 

 The only challenge they have, the money can not be injected directly into the Kenyan financial system because it was not declared as money but as a family treasure. Since then the custom fee has accumulated.
 The family is looking for a three fold solution. 

1. Someone who has financial capacity to clear outstanding custom fees and set the consignment free. 

2. Someone who has capability to lift the consignment and help the family invest their share of money outside Kenya.

3. Someone who is ready to sign a non disclosure agreement before the consignment is lifted from the country and to honour the promise to give back their percentage from the total sharable value agreement. 

According to the family, custom fees and lifting the consignment from the country is their biggest headache. It needs an investor to come on board as soon as possible.
