• Pre-Project research, preparation of complete documentation on urban planning and verification for relevant solutions;
• Development of recommendations, introduction of aesthetic and architectural-spatial variants of solutions;
• Development of conceptual (sketch) variants of solutions, processing of appropriate aesthetic, functional and volumetric solutions;
• Preparation of the complete documentation for the first stage of architectural design (research, confirmation, Visual Materials) on approval of terms for usage of a land plot for construction.
• Preparation of documentation for the second stage of architectural design – working documentation of the architectural project;
• Preparation of the complete documentation for the third stage of architectural design - documentation for obtaining a Construction permit;
• Preparation of complete documentation for both stages of DRP (Development Regulation Plan); Development of the Urban Development Plan of the land plot and conceptual solutions.
